Commercial Shipments: Please have 3 copies of a commercial invoice packaged and available at time of pickup. 12.5 GST or NZ Customs duty will be charged at time of import to New Zealand on both goods and freight charges to receiver of goods in New Zealand. Alternatively shipper can pay for those entry costs through our services with prior arrangements made.

Baggage and personal imports to New Zealand please forward to Australia: Our shipping form and New Zealand Customs filled out, packing list together with your passport photo page are required. All shipments subject to examination by Australia Customs at time of export and New Zealand Customs Service and Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF) at time of import. After receiving these forms we will arrange for the courier firm in the Australia to contact you for pickup data and time arrangements with you. We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments. Shipments with large or heavier pieces than 25 kgs may require air freighting service and two man pick up or delivery where available. Please contact Australia for those services. Rates include: Pick up from business or residence in Australia. (Extra charge for rural pick up and or delivery from Australia and NZ regions) air transportation to New Zealand, New Zealand Customs clearance and delivery to business or residence throughout New Zealand.

Rates do not include:All imports subject to CIT Customs Import Transaction Fee NZ$40 additional on all imports. New Zealand customs duties or 15% NZD (as of 1 October 2010) Goods and Service Tax (GST) should duty charged. *Not usually charged on used personal effects but is subject to new items, gifts and final determination by NZ Customs. Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF) minimum entry charge of $164 NZD including GST for personal effects shipments. Depending upon length of time MAF spends inspecting (MAF inspection charges can vary based on MAF inspectors decisions.) your shipment or fumigation, professional cleaning, storage or insurance. At time of booking your pickup we will charge 100% of your estimated weight to your credit card. Valid credit card required for door to door courier shipments no direct deposits. Shipment will be exported once full payment is received. Pickup and delivery times and dates are estimates and no guarantees are made for either pickup date or time or delivery date or time whatsoever.

At time of export your shipment is subject to re-weigh and volumetric charges per piece may apply. If after re measure and reweigh your shipment increases in shipping weight we will charge your credit card for the difference in your estimated weight and the final export chargeable weight. Shipment will be exported once full payment is received. All cargo weighed and measured electronically and loose straps or tags can cause increased volumetric weight. We ship suitcases, boxes, cartons crates and packages. Contact us for oversize pieces such as snow boards, surfboards, or skis.
