Maximum weight per piece is 25 kilos. Requires mimimum of 3 business days notice to make booking and send transportation documents to your residence. At time of booking your pickup we will charge 100% of your estimated weight to your credit card. Valid credit card required for door to door courier shipments no direct deposits. Cash or cheque acceptance at Auckland depot office only. Shipment will be exported once full payment is received.

At time of export your shipment is subject to re-weigh and volumetric charges per piece may apply. If after re-measure and re-weigh your shipment increases in shipping weight we will charge your credit card for the difference in your estimated weight and the final export chargeable weight. Shipment will be exported once full payment is received. All cargo weighed and measured electronically and loose straps or tags can cause increased volumetric weight. We ship ski's, snowboards, surfboards, suitcases and cartons.

Our shipping form and packing list together with your passport photo page are required before booking your shipment for pickup. All shipments subject to examination by the Netherlands Customs Service. We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments. Shipments with large or heavier pieces than 25 kgs may require air freighting service and two man pick up or delivery where available. Please contact us for those services. Prices include all departure charges from NZ to airline cargo terminal at destination. Prices do not include arrival customs fees, duties, quarantine or security inspection, taxes, storage, delivery or airline release fee. Prices are for Auckland export rates. Add .30 per kilo for Christchurch export rates. Air & Marine cargo insurance available. Residential pick up service requires 48 hours notice.

Air freight pick up fees: Minimum Charge $25 plus: Auckland region .50 cents per kilo .70 cents per kilo North Island .90 cents per kilo South Island. Rural or urban surcharge may apply. Rates subject to change without notice. All air shipments subject to volumetric chargeable weight. Shipping Bicycles? Shipping boxes for bikes have a volumetric weight of 33 kilos.

Palletizing your shipment may add additional .24 of a cubic meter measurement by the shipping line. Final measurement for pricing your shipment is determined by shipping line acceptance final weight and measurement by their export personnel.
